Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She has starred on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also part of the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also her voices. The series was launched with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are stand-up comics and a social worker. Part-Italian, she is also from Italian descent. Cook was seven years old when she made an appearance in a press release about foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook started working as a child printer and was featured in national Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
