Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30, 1990, better called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American musician and rapper. The stage name he uses is that of his favorite uncle and the first name given to Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing contract with GOOD Music with Kanye West. Scott signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. The singer also signed a recording contract with Epic as well as T.I. Scott's first project of full length, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape) was released in the year 2013 by self-release. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the first studio album by the artist. The single that became a hit "Antidote" was the main track. His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) reached number one on the Billboard 200. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) together with Quavo, under the collective name Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to praise from the critics. It produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. After the debut of his hit single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first artist to make it to first place on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than a year.
