Kenney, born September 14 in 1999, is from New York City. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are the parents of her. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked for the New York Post. Emma Kenney's home town is similar to her Shameless co-star Emmy Rossum.
