Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963, to a musically inclined family in Newark New Jersey is the daughter of Gospel star Cissy Houston and John Russell Houston Jr. She's also cousins with singing superstar Dionne Warwick. As a child, she sang in her New Hope Baptist Church choir in Newark. When she was fifteen, Houston was singing professionally backing vocals with her mother in Chaka Khan's song from 1978 Im Every Woman. She sang backing vocals on Jermaine Jackson, Lou Rawls as well as her mother. Her vocals with the New York-based group Material have attracted record companies of all sizes which included Arista. They signed her with Arista in 1983 where she continued to work for the rest of her professional career. Whitney Houston, her debut album released in 1985, was the top-selling debut album by an artist. Three songs, Saving All My Love To You, How Can I Tell That You're Giving Love Good and the Greatest Love of All came from this album. The songs contributed to Houston reach a record seven US top tens which beat even the Beatles. The album sold US 3 million copies, and later went to 25,000,000 world-wide. The album earned her the first in the six Grammys she has won. Whitney was her first album. Whitney, released in 1987, and featuring the hit songs Where Do Broken Hearts go? and I Wanna Dance With Somebody, built upon her previous success. But it was The Bodyguard (1996) that made her one of the best-selling albums in pop music. The film itself as well as her performance on screen were not widely appreciated, the album's soundtrack and her version to the Dolly Parton song I Will Always Love You made the singles and albums charts for months and sold 44 million copies all over the globe. The same year that she had her daughter Bobbi, Brown married Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. It was in the middle of 1993 and at the time of her death in 1996, she'd been a frequent user.

Dana Bash, also known by her real name Dana Ruth Schwartz, is a CNN anchorwoman and reporter for the political news. She's also been a producer for some of CNN's shows on weekends, including Evans & Novak Late Edition'and Inside Politics. She has also worked with NBC as well as CBS. In terms of honours and awards Bash was once placed in Women in Washington Power List in Elle magazine. Many young journalists admire her for having incredible reporting/anchoring abilities. Personally, the graduate from George Washington University is a doting mother to her only son. She was married twice, and she is now dating. Bash is a fan of all her followers.
